Overthinking is not un-curable and there are ways to stop overthinking.

The very basic thing that we can do to stop overthinking is to recognise ourselves.

Stop thinking about the past. Just forget about it. 

Other's behaviour is not a matter of concern for you. 

Accept the challenges, face the reality. 

Take a note on what you're capable in. 

Share whatever you feel about anything or anyone. 

Focus on the solution rather than sticking to the problems. 

Believe in yourself, love yourself, be you.
